5. The determination of the winner byiWorld Australiawill be final. Entrants will have no right of appeal. Thelotteryfor the prize will take place 48hrs after the closing date at Unit 17/92-102 Keys Road Moorabbin VIC 3189.

7. If for some reason beyondiWorld Australia's control, it is not possible to supply the prize as advertised,iWorld Australiawill supply a substitutable item of equal or greater value.
8. The prize is awarded within 28 days of the closing date.
9. Winners are required to send a confirmation e-mail to support@iworldaustralia.com.au stating their current address their full name and phone number. These details are checked againstiWorld Australia's records. If the confirmation email is not received byiWorld Australia28 days after the winner is first contacted, the prize is deemed forfeited. Prizes cannot be issued without this email confirmation. Prizes will only be sent to the address specified unless otherwise indicated by the winner. Prizes returned toiWorld Australia's unclaimed are deemed forfeited and will not be reissued at a later date.
